Evaluation of the Reconstruction Fund 2012-2015 and the Strategic Partnerships Chronic Crises

The Reconstruction Fund and the Strategic Partnerships Chronic Crises are instruments under the policy priority Security and Rule of Law. Both funds are managed by the Stabilisation and Humanitarian Aid Department (DSH). The evaluation of these two funds focuses on policy development, the process of financing through tender procedures and the results of the financed projects. The evaluation also investigates how lessons learnt from the tender procedures were used during the tender procedure of the Addressing Root Causes (ARC) fund, the successor of the WO-fund and SPCC. Part of this research are case studies in South Sudan, Burundi and Ethiopia.
