Lotte Janse Mr.

Since August 2026, Lotte has been affiliated with the IOB where she conducts research into security and defense policy. Previously, she worked as a lawyer in The Hague and Amsterdam with a focus on military civil service law and criminal law and at the Public Prosecution Service as a public prosecutor. Lotte studied Law at Radboud University in Nijmegen. Since 2020 she is part of the active reserve personnel of the Royal Navy (LTZ 1). She is also chairman of the Supervisory Committee at the Schiphol Detention Center.
