Michelle Homans has worked at IOB since 2020. She coordinated the evaluation of the Makandra program. Michelle recorded evaluations in the field of European framework for this; public-private partnerships; trade, investment and development cooperation.
Michelle obtained the Research Master International Development Studies in Wageningen. She specialized in Politics and Governance of Development. As a result, she conducted field research in Ecuador for six months.
