The group of Heads of the EU Member States’ development cooperation evaluation services and the European Commission (EUHES) have agreed to carry out a series of joint evaluation studies aimed at establishing the degree of application and impact, in terms of development cooperation, of the principles of coordination, complementarity and coherence which are enshrined in the Maastricht Treaty.
