Terms of Reference – Policy Review of Integrated Water Management

To what extent have contributions from the Netherlands to water policy in developing countries been effective, efficient, relevant and sustainable? IOB is evaluating this policy in order to ascertain the impact of the EUR 700 million expended on water management activities in developing countries between 2006 and 2015.
