Cécile Reinkingh MSc

Cécile joined IOB in 2023 as a policy researcher in the field of international trade and development cooperation. Previously, she worked as a consultant in the renewable energy and sustainability sectors. Cécile holds a BA in American Studies from the University of Groningen, a MSc in International Public Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and a MSc in Environment and Resource Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
