Evaluation of development cooperation in the Palestinian Territories. The study was requested by Raymond de Roon, a member of the House of Representatives, because the Palestinian Territories had not been included in an earlier evaluation of development aid to fragile states. The study is linked to “recent reports of the disappearance of EUR 2 billion of EU development money and the salaries of terrorists”.
