Evaluation of the functioning of strategic partnerships between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and civil society organisations – Strategies for partners: balancing complementarity and autonomy
Strategic Partnerships (SPs) are an instrument for the cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and civil society organisations. Two programmes – Dialogue and Dissent, and the Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights Partnership Fund – will expire at the end of 2020. In 2019, a new policy framework will be drafted. IOB researched the functioning of the SPs for this study to provide input for the new policy framework and to give recommendations for future strategic partnerships.
