Terms of Reference – Synthesis study evaluations education programmes

The Netherlands has for many years supported initiatives in the field of education in developing countries. By doing so, the Netherlands aims to contribute to improving the quality of education and research in those countries and to improving  young peoples’ employment prospects. IOB has commissioned a synthesis study that will analyse existing evaluations of these initiatives for the period 2015-2023. These Terms of Reference (ToR) details how the synthesis study will be conducted.
