Policy evaluation of Dutch foreign human rights policy – Navigating a sea of interests

The IOB evaluation of Dutch foreign human rights policy (2008–2013) revealed that this policy remained steadfast and has contributed to the promotion of human rights. However, it is noticeable that the role of the Netherlands varies, depending on the country to which the policy applies.
