Report — Evaluation of the action plan on policy coherence for development

The action plan on policy coherence for development aims to ensure coherence between development cooperation policy and other types of policy. These should not undermine development goals and ideally, even support these goals. IOB has evaluated how and to what extent the action plan contributes to policy coherence.
