Terms of Reference – Systematic Review Youth Employment in developing countries

The overall aim of the project is to improve youth labour market prospects by broadening the knowledge base on what works in youth employment. The study includes an update of an existing systematic review and corresponding meta-analysis of youth employment programme evaluations, and an update of the 3iE evidence gap map, using recently published articles and studies. The study is executed by ILO and IOB jointly.
