Terms of Reference – The Dutch Food Security Policy

Food security is 1 of the 4 subjects of the Dutch development aid. It is the subject of this IOB evaluation. The assumtion is that sustainable agricultural production, access to better nutrition, more efficient markets and a better business climate contribute to the improvement of food security. Part of this research is a series of country impact evaluations: in Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Rwanda and Uganda.
