Periodic review of the coherence of Dutch policy and the effects on food security, water and climate – Synergy in development
The Netherlands supports food security, water management, climate adaptation and renewable energy in developing countries. This evaluation assessed the results and how these are affected by coherence. This contains internal coherence between different themes, external coherence between different actors, temporal coherence between short-term projects and long-term strategies, and spatial coherence between activities are different scale levels.
